2015 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS

It's time for the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards! This year the event is hosted by non other than Miley Cyrus at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. I'm sure we will see quite an interesting show. These are the beginnings of Red Carpet images, with more coming. I'm on west coast time, so I don't get to see them for a couple of hours, while all of the east coast people are watching it live now! 1.  RED HOT POUTS

A red hot pout is always sexy. For fall, there is a full range of reds to choose from. Red power pouts were seen on the runways by designers such as Marchesa, Carolina Herrera, Dolce & Gabbana, 3.1 Phillip Lim, just to name a few.  The look is seductive and feminine and a definite must-have for this Fall.  Above is Cara Delevingne for Yves Saint Laurent with a gorgeous red pout with the new YSL 'Kiss & Love-Rouge Pur Couture' Collectors Lipstick.  The luxurious and deep nourishing lipstick is stamped with the iconic YSL love bites. 2. SMOLDERING SMOKY EYES

Smoldering smoky eyes were a huge trend on the runways this fall.  Above is Joan Smalls rocking a sultry and sexy look for Tom Ford Fall 2015 RTW Collection. Diane Von Furstenberg, Dennis Basso, and Elie Saab are just a few other designers that showed classic smoky eyes on the Fall catwalk. Check out the options below, for a perfect smoldering smoky eye. 3. LASH OUT WITH LUSH LASHES

Yet another fabulous fall beauty look from the Tom Ford Fall 2015 runway show.  I think his beauty and makeup looks were one of my favorites of the Fall 2015 season. Mascara, mascara, and more mascara, was a big trend, with bold and beautiful Twiggy lashes! Designers such as Giambattista Valli and Rachel Zoe, played up the beauty looks by showing extremely dramatic eyes using volumizing and lash extending mascara on the top and bottom lashes. And if mascara isn't enough, the false eyelashes or lash ad-ons came into play with Carolina Herrera Fall 2015 models, by adding silver sparkles to the eyelash tips. Whether you need to volumize and make lashes thicker, or lengthen your lashes, there's a perfect mascara out there to magnify and intensify your eyes. 4. OUT OF LINE

The statement graphic eye made quite a statement on the Fall runways for 2015.  Designers took eyeliner to a new extreme to create bold and graphic lines for an edgy touch. Chanel, Fendi, Lanvin, and Versace are just a few of the designers who were "out of line" with their fall looks. I think it was shown in almost every ready-to-wear show in some fashion, whether it be a winged eye, or swooping cat eye, or painted on and smudged. 5. GOTHIC GLAMOUR

Gothic Glamour is another fall beauty trend that was seen on the Fall 2015 runways.  Above is a close up with Gothic Glam lips from the Emanuel Ungaro Fall 2015 Ready-To-Wear Collection. (image via Livingly). Several other designers followed suit with luscious dark lips, including Marc Jacobs, Ermanno Scervino, and Giles. Matte, dark, vampy shades of eggplant, burgundy, bordeaux, and even black pouts were shown on the models creating a Gothic Glam look for Autumn. Bring out your vampy rebellious side and dip into the darker side of beauty, with a new dark velvety shade of lipstick.
