| The red carpet was flooded with the most fabulous fashion you can imagine. The 2016 MET Gala took place last night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. This years theme was "Manus x Machina: Fashion in an age of technology," with Anna Wintour as the chairwoman of the gala. The fashion was absolutely spectacular filled with a flurry of metallics and sparkly embellishments and futuristic looks. Balmain dominated the red carpet with an army of supermodels, including Joan Smalls above. This was my favorite look of the 2016 MET GALA. Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Cindy Crawford, and Jourdan Dunn also sported a variation of Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing. Beyonce looked stunning in her Givenchy latex gown with embellished puff shoulders. There were so many glamorous looks this year, it was hard to even pick a favorite.
