Design Spotlight on SAOTA.....Victoria 73 House

This is another stunning home from the South African based firm of Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects (SAOTA). This contemporary home is Victoria 73, located in Bantry Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. The private luxury rental is six floors and 11,830 square feet, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The sleek villa boasts breaktaking seaside views throughout. Victoria 73 House has a pool side terrace, which is great for entertainment, with a covered and uncovered area. There's also a dramatic gazeebo structure perched at the edge of the pool deck to enjoy the pool and entertain family and guests. The seaside villa has floor to ceiling windows, blurring the lines from indoors to outdoors, with spectacular views on every level. This house epitomises luxury, elegance, and modern living. This dream home is absolutely perfect for entertaining and outdoor living....I think I could just live outside! Escape for a few minutes to Victoria 73, by the amazing architectual firm of SAOTA! The FABULOUS NETTLETON 199......A Home by SAOTA

This is another beautiful masterpiece designed by the South African based architects SAOTA(Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects). This is the Nettleton 199 property, which is a modern home overlooking Clifton, in Cape Town South Africa. This home is absolutely breathtaking with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lions Head. The dramatic interiors were designed by OKHA. SAOTA is one of my favorite architects, and this is just one of many of the spectacular homes that they've designed. Take a peek inside!

DESIGN SPOTLIGHT ON SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects)

SAOTA is an award-winning architectural firm based out of South Africa. This amazing design firm is driven by a combination of the talented architects Stefan Antoni, Philip Olmesdahl, and Greg Truen. I absolutely love modern homes and architecture. SAOTA is definitely one of my favorite design firms. Their innovative and cutting edge designs make each home unique and I know I truly love their work! This dynamic group of architects has designed not only luxurious homes, but large scale commercial and institutional projects That can be seen worldwide. Today's spotlight is on Cliff House | Senegal. This house resides on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The pool and terrace Shops provide spectacular, panoramic views of the ocean.
